The Norwegian project partner – Concert Association Kutin Konsert Forening (KKF) – is positioned in Stavanger – a town and municipality in southwestern Norway, the administrative center of the county of Rogaland. It is also called the Oil Capital of Norway.
Founded in September 2018 by Bulgarian-born Norwegian pianist Kiril Kutin, who is the artistic director of the Concert Association, Kutin Konsert Forening is gaining popularity as active cultural communicator in Norway, Europe, the Middle East, China, etc. Kiril Kutin is a host and guest performer of various Norwegian concert series, as well as an active performer on tours in Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Austria. In addition to his solo career, Kiril supports young and talented performers and instrumentalists, composers, singers and dancers. In the past he has participated in various festivals, such as “Onsdagkonsert i Frue” in 2016, in which he participated as an organizer.
The Concert Association is a non-profit non-governmental organization run by a Volunteer Council, which includes prominent representatives of various arts in Norway.
The main goal of the current mandate of the Council of the Association is to provide an opportunity for young and talented musicians from all over the world to take the stage at affordable ticket price visitors.
As Art Manager and Director of the Concert Association, Kiril Kutin is in constant contact with young performers, arranges their cultural performances on various stages in Norway and around the world, sells tickets, maintains the organization’s website and social media, promotes and organizes each event, providing a unique cultural and artistic experience of the Norwegian and world audience. The complex goals and priorities of the Concert Association make it an extremely valuable partner for this project. Last but not least, the possibility of all should be emphasized representatives of the target groups of the project – talented children and young people aged 12-18 (with a focus on Roma) – to communicate directly with Kiril Kutin in Bulgarian. The 3 members of the Expert Team of the project will travel to Norway – the expert “Artistic Activities”, the expert “Working with the Community” (Roma) and the expert “Cultural Entrepreneurship”.
